This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Hiive Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. ("Hiive", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, shares, and retains information in connection with your use of the Hiive platform and all related products and services (collectively, the "Platform").
This Policy explains our practices. Ad measurement with Meta is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time in Ad Measurement settings without losing access to your account, bookings, or purchases. Where the law or your device requires separate permission, such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency on iOS, we ask for it.
This Policy forms part of and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this Policy limits any privacy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Location and Activity Data
Location features require your device permission. We use location and activity data for discovery, check-ins, route tracking, safety, and personalization. You may disable location access in your device settings, which may limit Platform functionality. You are responsible for securing your own account, device, and credentials, and any transmission of information to the Platform carries some risk.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored, processed, or accessed in India and any other country in which Hiive or its service providers operate. By using the Platform, you expressly consent to such transfers, including to countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.
Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law and our legitimate interests, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also manage app permissions, opt out of marketing communications, and manage notification preferences within the Platform. To make a request, contact us at jai@hiive.club. We may verify your identity, decline requests where permitted by law, or limit the scope of responses where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our rights.
Marketing Communications
We may send you promotional, marketing, product, and event-related communications by email, SMS, push notification, or in-app message. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. We will continue to send transactional, account, safety, legal, and service-related communications regardless.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from underage users. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete or restrict the relevant data and account.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Hiive is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their own policies.
Legal Disclosures and Safety
We may access, retain, and disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to: comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our Terms; investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; protect Hiive's rights, property, and Platform; protect the safety of any person; or respond to an emergency.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or insolvency, your information may be transferred to or accessed by the relevant parties as part of that transaction. By using the Platform, you consent to any such transfer.
No Liability for Data Incidents
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hiive is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, including attacks by third parties. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability, or a user's rights, where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised date and, where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. The updated Policy will apply from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
